Clinical Rotation Service

 

1. Introduction:

This cancellation policy is designed to outline the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of clinical rotation services provided by Clinika by engaging in our services, medical students agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Cancellation Period:

Students are required to provide notice of cancellation within a specified timeframe. This timeframe should be reasonable and allow for proper planning and adjustments to accommodate other students. The standard cancellation period is 90 days prior to the scheduled start date of the clinical rotation.

 

3. Cancellation Fees:

In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply:

If cancellation is made prior to 90 days of the scheduled start date; a cancellation fee of $ 250 will be applied and the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to the scheduled start; cancellation of $500 will be applied and the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to the scheduled start; cancellation of $ 1000 will be applied and the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

Cancellation made within 30 days prior to the scheduled start; cancellation fee of $1500 will be applied and the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

The purpose of these fees is to cover administrative costs and potential lost opportunities for other students.

 

4. Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Students must submit supporting documentation, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund amount will be the original payment minus any applicable cancellation fees.

 

6. Rescheduling:

If a student wishes to reschedule their clinical rotation, they may do so within [A] weeks/days of the original start date, subject to availability and approval by [Your Organization Name].

 

7. Communication of Cancellation:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@clinika.us. The cancellation date will be the date the written notice is received.

 

8. Changes to the Policy:

Clinika reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Students will be notified of any changes in writing.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE

You agree that any purchase of the services provided under ERAS SUPPORT after it has been assigned to the Expert is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled.

All purchases made are final. Revision requests are unlimited.
